I haven’t used them yet but they seem well made and sturdy. Also nice looking for gift giving.

The product is good quality and looks great. Paper sides allow for skewers to easily be inserted so that the panettone can be turned upside down after baking and the corrugated bottom holds up really well. I also like buying from family run businesses. Packaging was excellent and received really quickly. I would definitely buy this product again.

You know, it just would not be glorious pannettone if not baked in these papers! Lovely, and enough for next year's fun.

The sides are soft but doesn’t tear easily, yet easy to punch through using BBQ skewers for hanging upside down. It’s just the right material and it looks beautiful. The bottoms are lined with extra material for better support. I used about 250 g dough plus dried fruits for each mold and waited till they rose to 90% before baking. The results are amazing.

This is NOT a full-sized mold. A full-sized mold holds about one kg (1000g) of dough. This holds about 500g. Perfect because I want to gift several smaller loaves. These are slick inside, and perhaps you could skip buttering before putting the dough in. I wouldn’t risk it. Panettone is too much work to ruin near the end! Some molds have a corrugated surface on the sides. These do not. They are a sturdy paper. At no time did I fear the paper would tear. The bottom is sturdier than the sides, and doesn’t bend out of shape. The sides are soft, so don’t cram the loaves against each other when baking, or the loaves might distort each other.I would gladly purchase these again.

Es justo lo que pedí para elaborar pan dulce italiano o también llamado paneton

Easy to use, not burned, nice look and you don't need to store metal molds whole year for one-time-a-year baking

These were way better than some others that I had bought. This was a bit bigger and seemed more like the traditional panettone paper mold. The dye didn’t leak like some other ones I had bought. Although the paper is not stiff like the other one, but I think this is how it’s suppose to be, the bottom is sturdy, then the top is more like thin paper. But it kept its shaped and my bread grew. This is my second attempt at panettone, which wasn’t too terrible (i wish I had more color and a better rise, which has nothing to do with my review). I ended up making 2 since it’s not the biggest molds, which is fine for me. You may want a bigger size if you want to make only one panettone, but this was fine for me. It was a good amount of molds for the $. I will buy again and try again. ^_^

these are too small for real pannetone, should have gotten a tape measure out before buying :(
