My daughter's love playing with these. They've popped apart a couple of times but they went right back together. They are being very well used!

I have a few swords like this, and the problem that I always have is with the block closest to the hilt not wanting to retract. We played with these swords all weekend, sometimes just opening and collapsing, and had no problems with them not wanting to collapse. They worked perfectly. They are full sized swords, more on the katana length side than a great sword, as expected. A nice size for kids and adults. They're lightweight and really well printed. No burrs and nothing caught or flew off so far. And we weren't particularly kind to them. I got them to have an alternative to the guys whacking their expensive lightsabers around. We didn't go super hard, but we did play a lot with them. I do plan to get more to use as stocking stuffers, because they're a lot of fun for all ages. Kids, adults, old people like me who are 40 and above, we all love them. They're a great price and the best quality sword of this type that I've purchased so far.

These 3d printed swords are pretty sturdy as far as 3d printing goes. I still wouldn't hit anything very hard with them. They slide in and out of the handle smoothly exactly like they are supposed to and stay out until you put them away.

Fun katana set. For $8 these are such a fun, great value. It's great that they collapse down so that they are easy to put away and store. I got these for a halloween costume and am very happy with them. Would recommend.

Being a part of the cosplay community, I'm always looking for affordable, unique, and decent items to add into my looks. Depending on the setting and location of the Con I go to, sometimes having weapons that look more obviously fake work better than having realistic looking fake ones. I like to cosplay as a female Roronoa Zoro from the One Piece anime and these katanas are perfect for something lightweight and easy to travel with. The fact that these 3D printed katanas telescope, makes it very easy to store in a tote bag or luggage bag... plus they are less likely to get damaged and they are affordable enough that if my luggage got lost, they can easily be replaced. The only reason I didn't give a 5 star, is sometimes you have to put some force into pushing the sword back in and the little tabs they give you to place over the top to keep the swords from sliding out, I couldn't get them on at all. It's not that big of a deal to me, but wanted to mention it for others. I works definitely recommend these 3D printed, telescoping katanas to anyone... great for adults and kids alike.
