I try my best to keep the guitars and basses I design and build to have a clean look.That means no extra screws, knobs, jacks, jack plates... I even mount the pickups from the back so the height adjustment screws are on the back, keeping the front smooth and clean.This tail pin cap allows me to "hide" the jack so I don't have it on the face or bottom rear edge of the guitar.These are well made, threads fit, and they look good.
