For the price, it was a great deal. The only complaint i read was the way it was made the corners weren't fully sealed. I used Ghee (store bought pre clarified butter) for the flavor and hugh smoked tempature. I then spread it on the pans and re seasoned them in the oven when I got them. Worked perfect 👌

LOVE LOVE LOVE these pans & they brown bottom well. We love making our own pizzas & from Detroit we can make our own Buddys Pizza. One thing is that we live at Florida beach & humidity is tough on drying dishes sometimes. I noticed if I don’t wipe and dry well they’ll pick up some rust. I was able to wash it off & remove rust and dry towel it with no further problems

These made incredible Detroit style pizzas, the best we've made in this house and we've been making them for a long time. We switched from the 10x14 to these smaller 10x10s to have more variations on pizza night and they did a great job. Stunning pizza. Perfect crisp edges, they came out of the pans easy. No complaints until...we washed them. Being home pizza enthusiasts the only way you clean a pan is water and a mild dish soap. That's what we did and were horrified to see the finish flake off in real time as we dried them. It's so far only affected one pan and appears to be a manufacturing defect as there is visible rust in the areas where the finish flake off. Time will tell on the other two but so far we're already down a pan.

Hey all, used pan twice and made the pizza dough perfectly. Overall, my pizza turned out very close to my favorite pizza place in Plano called Andrews. A coworker of mine who is a big pizza guy like Jeff Portnoy, said it was one of the best Detroit pizzas he’s had. And we have both eaten Andrews Detroit style pizza. They’re adorable and clean up easily. Highly recommend.
