You damn near need to be a mech engineer to install. At the end instead of putting in some kind of internal limit switchs u have to get the magnets perfectly placed in order to get the thing from jamming up. but 300 vs the 3k the gate company quoted It comes down to what do you value your time at? it does operate as designed. We shall see how long it lasts the last one lasted over 30 years and it did not look anything like this one.when the magnets got stolen another problem they sent out a complete new unit so then there is that I have a easy bolt in replacment should I need it!

Works good. If you have any issues, make sure to get hold of the manufacture as they helped us with installation. So far gate works great after a few adjustments

Been having issuesWith my gate and working properly. I got this set up because it looked durable and was a good value. I had a guy install it for me but he said it was easy to install. Now my gate opens easily and no issues with it so far. I very glad I got this and would for sure get it again.

First when I installed the product I noticed the chain comes in 2 loops with their their chain link. But you need 3 chain links to make it work and there was no third link. I had to drive around from hardware store to hardware store to hunt down a chain link. Why??Then the magnets to limit the open and close position. There is no explanation who far they need to be from the receiving unit, whether they are installed horizontal or vertical, it is try and error.Lastly the app. The manual talks about a green LED and a match button. But there is no such thing.And of course Amazon is completely useless. No link to support, nothing helpful. They take your money for sure but support? Hell no,

The machine is not working correctly and has stopped functioning multiple times. We paid for the installation, but unfortunately, it has been a waste of both our time and money.

I gave this 4 stars only because I cannot test the 3300 lb weight limit it says it can open and close. I am not convinced it could handle that heavy of a gate. You will definitely need a smooth concrete or asphalt path for the gate to ride on. The case with the motor and gear will have to be securely attached to a concrete pad to prevent it from moving. The included hardware allows the gate to be slide up to 24 feet. There are sensors that if it is opening or closing it will stop if it senses the obstruction. You can adjust the speed and force of the gate movement, also the auto close has 4 different settings. It has a key so if the power is out you can unlock the gear and manually open gate with ease. There are 6 key fobs and you can also download the app and use your phone to open and close it.
