Within the first two weeks, maybe 8 uses, it started making a weird grinding sound. Last night, it shut off after emitting a loud alarm. E01 alarm, which is some sort of mechanical failure. I emptied the bin and this large piece of metal fell out, apparently snapped off from inside the bin.

Not even 2 weeks and this machine already gave up. I must have used it maybe 4 times. I keep getting E:03. Followed all the instructions given in the instruction manual to fix the problem but problem continues.

After almost a month of using this thing I have turned all our organic materials waste into soil that I than used to plant some herbs in. What an amazing contraption. It is super easy to use. You literally just plug it in and start putting your organic scraps into it. I haven't detected any four odors or excessive noise coming from the machine.

A nice size and easy to use. It takes 6-8 hours to complete and is a bit loud, so we moved it to the garage
