Great for applications such as reinstalling carpet, reinforcing dampening bonds in doors and roof structures, panel bonding, SMC/fiberglass repair and more, our applicators work with 3M cartridges as small as 37.5 mL. Part of a Complete System from 3M Each applicator includes a replaceable plunger and mixing nozzle and correctly mixes two-part adhesives directly from 1:1 or 2:1 cartridges. Our 3M Premium Manual Applicator is designed for use with all 3M 200 mL cartridges containing bonding agents requiring a 1:1 mix. Our 3M Standard Manual Applicator features heavy duty metal construction and rod-driven operation for balanced dispensing from 200 mL cartridges. It is very versatile, suitable for jobs requiring either 1:1 or 2:1 mix ratios. For larger jobs, 3M offers a Performance Manual Applicator for use with 400 mL cartridges. A smaller version works with either 50 mL or 37.5 mL cartridges. Cartridges for adhesives and bonding agents include 3M Dampening Adhesive, 3M Panel Bonding Adhesive, 3M Automix SMC/Fiberglass Repair Adhesive and 3M NVH Dampening Material. Added Versatility for Greater Capability We developed our 3M Standard, Performance and Premium Manual Applicators to help you get the most out of individual orders and other automotive adhesive jobs where being efficient can be the most difficult. I haven’t used it yet but it’s impressive and it works with my 3M panel bond that I bought with it. Expensive but I don’t have to worry about it not working with my 3M cartridge!

this works perfectly with a 2 part panel bond i bought to install body panel patches on my truck-easy to control distribution and heavy duty quality, typical of 3M products, they are the best at this kind of thing. highly recommend.

This applicator works for 3M and other dual tube products (I used a fusor product). It allows for a consistent application of product and dispenses to properly mix the product. I’m glad I bought it.

This gun is pricey yes. Can you get one for cheaper that works, yes. Do you need this specific gun to use the 3m products, no.With that being said I believe that anyone who does spend the money on this gun, once they hold it in there hand and use it will say ok yeah it's worth it.The gun just has a good, quality feel. The finish is great all around so if you want one that looks nice then your set with this. You will feel the quality when you hold it, it's a very solid and sturdy piece, not super heavy or anything but definitely sturdy. All the moving parts are very smooth (you are supposed to lube them prior to use,) and of course the most important part, it pushes out a perfectly even 1:1 mix at any quantity you want. It's super easy to clean as well.In my opinion, if this is something you want to last you so you can have it for a long time, this is the gun you want.If you just want one that will get one job done then toss, go ahead and get a cheaper one no problem it will get your job done.

Quality genuine 3M product. Kinda expensive for what it is but 3M adhesives are the best and you need this to dispense them...so bite the bullet. Used to dispense 7333 structural adhesive, worked perfect.
