My sister has been having trouble with lower leg edema, and compression socks were recommended to her. These are not merely effective, they are actually fun and cute. She says her legs feel better when she wears them, and she had significantly less swelling in "her bad leg" after an 8-hour shift on feet. Colors and prints are whimsical.

These compression socks are the bomb! I have larger calves and usually I am hesitant with buying compression socks because they either don’t fit properly or squeeze uncomfortably at any part above my ankles. I measured around my legs and compared it with the size chart and they fit perfectly even with the tapering size down from my calves to my ankles. I wore them for a full 14hr shift and had no issues I even forgot they were on! Once I came home my ankles weren’t swollen and my feet didn’t feel like I had been on my feet for as long as I was so that’s an even bigger plus. The only thing is the socks might be a little “slippery” in certain shoes, for example I seemed to have more room in my work shoes with them on and they could easily move and slip out of them.

I ordered these for myself, even though I'm not in the medical field. So that part makes the designs comical. The quality of the design is great, by the way. I like the height of the socks, fully covers the calf. They are only slightly stretchy, so they'll definitely serve as proper compression socks. Material is decent, not overly soft. They are made to stay in place when you put them on.

Great set of solid black compression socks. My usual size fit well and are comfortable. They have a nice level of compression and wash perfectly. They are thick enough not to be sheer but are not bulky. They are easy to put on, and the socks are marked leave the big toe area with R and L for which side they go on. A couple of fun surprises - the box came with a storage bag for the pairs of socks and a hanging air freshener. Very happy with these.

My calf size was on the top end of the L/XL, but not the very top. I probably should have gone up a size. But they DO fit, and they aren’t really uncomfortable. They are just difficult to put on, and I also feel like they are about an inch too short, which, maybe if I had the larger size, that wouldn’t be an issue. They are a tighter compression than the same size compression socks I bought at the store, which is a good thing! I have been experiencing some swelling in my feet lately, and these really helped with that problem. Very soft and could be worn as dress socks.

I wear compression stocking frequently because I have circulation issues stemming from total hip replacements in both of my hips. With summer coming the swelling gets worse especially when I spend more time on my feet, so finding these was quite serendipitous. I ordered the 4XL because I have thicker calves and have had issues in the past with compression stockings running much smaller than the respective size chart described so I figured that if I ordered the largest size they would give me the same amount of support without cutting off my circulation...unfortunately, I went a bit too large. I should have ordered the 3XL because the 4XL while not loose or falling off should be a bit tighter around the lower legs and feet. This is, of course, not the fault of the seller, this is entirely my fault. The good news is that I can still wear them as regular socks and be comfortable and warm! I am hoping that as the weather gets warmer and the swelling in my legs/ankles gets worse the 4XL will be an ideal size. The socks are very well made and really soft. They come packaged in a colorful box each individually rolled up and a little storage bag is included so you can keep them together in your sock drawer or in your luggage while traveling. They also have letter indications on each sock so you know which one goes on the left foot and the right foot...when I realized I had put them on the wrong feet I changed them around and noticed that it did make a difference in how they feel and fit. If I had to compare these to the well-known brand of copper compression socks, I would say that although they are not made with copper threading, they have the same level of quality and feel, even though they are big on me. I am very pleased with this set of compression socks and although I ordered the wrong size, I am pleased to know that this seller does actually provide wide-calf compression socks...some sellers say their socks are wide-calf and even offer larger sizes but when you try them on, they feel like they are the same sizes as standard compression socks...that is definitely NOT the case here. I am have already used all three pairs of these and they will likely end up in my weekly rotation as the weather gets warmer. Definitely a great product for anyone who has swelling/circulation/spider veins/edema, etc. I would absolutely order these again, just know now that I need to order them in one size smaller.

These are obviously very high quality socks, and they come packaged in a giftable box. I got these for myself, however, and while the largest circumference of my calves is 19" which is well within the 2x measurements given, I find these uncomfortably tight. As I own several other pairs, I understand that they may eventually stretch a bit, but I'm going to confirm what other reviewers have mentioned and suggest that buyers maybe consider going up one size. These just don't work for me but could have been great had I ordered the 3x.I really appreciate the L and R to let you know which is which. The material is also very high quality. I just wish I had ordered the next size up.
