Continue your search if you have landed on these for trivets. Much like other reviews, they do melt when coming into contact with hot pans. First guess would be an item advertised for hot handling in the kitchen can withstand hot pans, but they are only heat resistant up to 302 degrees F, which is virtually nothing that would come out of the oven. The holes are nice when it comes to hanging them for storage, but they are useless for the purpose that they were purchased.

I loved the price and they matched another one I had purchased elsewhere that was a different brand. Bummed out now though because the material is a little different, not as high of quality and keeps melting on my pans when I take things out of the oven. The temperature of the oven is at 350 to 425 degrees typically.

I like the softness but the little holes hold water and not easy to dry. They work great for hot pads to sit on table but not holding hot dishes.

These are not made for stove to trivet. They stuck to the bottom of my pan and I had to scrap it off.I ended up buying wood ones.
