Easily the most stable "portable" shooting platform I've ever used. Once you are set with the rifle on it, the side to side hold is excellent. Rock backwards to raise, forward to lower the aimpoint. Very stable.However; there needs to be shock cord in the sections. It doesn't telescope, so if you pack this in, you have two options, both are poor. Option one, you haul it around pre-assembled while hunting. It's 5'long, impractical. Option two, assemble it when you are ready to shoot, also impractical. This isn't easy to assemble, in fact at the factory they are now putting little stickers on the poles so you can more easily identify what goes where. Still a time consuming pain. This is perfect for guided hunts, where the guide doesn't mind packing a 5' assembly around. Not great for a solo hunter packing around while also carrying a rifle.

I bought these shooting sticks because the first set I bought stayed in Africa as my Professional Hunter liked them so much he offered to buy them. I ended up giving them to him after I took 15 animals at ranges from 30 yards to 420 yards. Lightweight and perfect performance

These are the most stable shooting platform in a light weight package that I have ever used. I used these in Africa on a 10 day safari and I won't hunt without them again. You can't go wrong with these, lightweight (carbon), durable, stable, easy to deploy...but like any shooting sticks you need to practice with them in the off season.

Well my first review wasn't good enough for Amazon so I'll try again. These sticks are great. They open and close quickly and easily. They're designed for hunting and that's what I did with them in Africa. Oh, I bet suddenly my review doesn't comply with your woke standards. It's ok for you to make money from hunters but god forbid the tree huggers see a review of hunting equipment with pictures. You are the definition of hypocrisy.
