I feel pretty stupid right now. I twisted and twisted and twisted... what a PITA to get the legs to telescope in and out! O.M.G! WHY SO MUCH BINDING? F.M.L! Well, until I figured out that the KNOB on top of each leg is actually a BUTTON that needs to be pressed.Press the buttons and the legs telescope in and out quite smoothly. So, yeah, user error... but now that I've figured it out... this product will perform just fine.

Bought this for taking longer GPS observations in the field.Initial impressions are good with the bipod feeling sturdy and well made. I like the button adjustment on each leg which help with quick set up. The carry bag though basic does the job and should help protect the bipod during transport.Only time will tell how it will stand up to regular use but at about half the price of the basic equivalent from our usual supplier it’s worth a try and so far meets all my needs

The bipod is a sturdy piece of equipment and can be useful for surveys and leveling. But, the setup and use of the bipod is not terribly intuitive. Some instructions should be provided.

This thing broke within a month of purchase.Update.Company reached out to me and offered to replace monopod. I explained how it broke and they assured me that they would look at fixing design of monopod so that it does not happen again. The new monopod came in really quick. Thank you.
