Sturdy and strong fabric which I wrapped around my evergreens. Works great for Wisconsin winters.

I attached this to tall tree rings made out of welded wire fence to cut down on wind damage. I used jute twine to sew it to teh cage. Works great.

I got the 40inx15ft roll of burlap. This is a pretty good burlap roll. I haven't unrolled the entire 15 feet to measure it, but it does seem to be correct from a short check. The burlap threads are pretty thick and well woven. It has gaps that allow some light to pass through, but you can offset that by double layering. I'm using these to stabilize some berms. It works well to slow down erosion while plant roots are being established. It's great for this because I can seed on top of this and the roots will be able to grow right through it, and it deteriorates over time, so by the time the roots are spread out enough to hold, this will be disintegrated and as part of the soil. Much better than plastics.

I was looking for some good quality burlap that was big enough for my outdoor project and this was it! We wrap our water fountain in the winter and cover it with greenery and lights. It looks just like a Christmas tree! I wanted burlap to wrap around the bottom so that it looked like it was in a pot and this will be great. As soon as we get it all put together for this winter I promise to come back and post a picture. It really is a cool idea for putting your fountain away for the winter months!

This is my go-to weed barrier for the garden from now on! I've been ordering normal plastic weed barrier but every time we mow our lawn, it gets hit and pieces fly off. I needed something biodegradable, and this was perfect. It's thin and the weave is wider, so if you want to really stop weeds, you'll need to fold it in half or you'll need to partner with some cardboard. The one missing star is that this has an incredibly oily smell and feel to it when you open the bag. It was so intense I had to move it outside immediately and could continue to smell it in the house for a while after. The smell (and the oily feel) persisted on my fingers.

I needed a good quality burlap to cover my roses for the winter and not the cheap flimsy burlap that is thin and porous. This burlap was close knit and thicker and will protect my roses from the cold winter wind and snow. I made 5 large bags out of this material that will fit over the cages to cover my roses.
