I got this last month to save my fruit trees from our brutal desert summer. As u see from the photo it hasn't lasted 4 weeks, it has disintegrated from the heat. It's not ok. It would be cool has a Halloween decoration, but not practical use.

The product looks nice and the tree can breath. However, it lasted less than one month and fell off in small pieces.

You have to get the hang of wrapping it around the branches or trunk and securing the ends but after you figure it out you will like it. it appears that moisture can evaporate so you don’t get fungus too. Protects the sensitive bark from the sun similar to painting the trunk.

Disintegrates after a few weeks in the sun. Plus I’m pretty sure I got an un-healthy dose of whatever this garbage is made out of in my lungs when pulling it off.

This is good for protecting newly planted trees from curious critters, too. I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly I could wrap the trunks of several baby apple trees to protect them from deer and other critters nibbling their bark. The fabric has held up nicely for about six months and still looks good.
