Like a fan with colder air. Easy to assemble. Although you have to have store bought water and ice, definitely buy extra ice packs they are hard to find that size. I've spent another $80 in less than a month for water and ice alone. It also need maintenance and refilled after running for 4 hours. Not a good buy!!
