Horrible product doesn't cool the room at all it turns off within 3 minutes of using, don't waste your money for this junk.

1. The 4 included ice packs burst open after their second freeze despite filling as directed.2. When in "cool" mode (cooling humidifier) the water tank runs dry in about half the advertised time.3. I have several temperature / humidity detectors around and all of them report that the temperature continues to rise.Conclusion: This product is a glorified swamp cooler (cool water fan) that you could build yourself out of spare parts for like $20. Absolute waste of money.

I truly didn’t know what to expect especially seeing the box it came in but I’m pleasantly impressed and the level of coolness it produces. Our fan on the AC goes out because we run it all day everyday and this helped so much last night! I was able to keep both blankets on with this in my room. Excellent product

If you want to grow mold, thus is THE machine for you! We put it in our bedroom.. starting at 79 degrees and 28% humidity. It's a little uncomfortable so we gave this a try. A few hours later, the room temp is UP two degrees to 81, and 70% humidity. This is awesome stats for mold growth if you don't know. Instead of the room being a little uncomfortable its now unbearable. It made things so much worse. I'll be returning this when im off this weekend, its absolute trash
