These are great additions to 12v system that you don't have a meter hooked up. They are pretty accurate and great value for the money!

These match my power supply to within 0.05V at 10V and above. Below 10V they have a slight error of about 0.2V, and below 5V, they don't work consistently at all. If you plan to use them in a 5V circuit they will probably work, if you plan to use them to monitor lithium batteries at 3.7V they won't work at all because they turn off somewhere between 4 and 5 volts, even though the description says they work down to 2.5V.

This Display is brighter than the voltmeters with it's ic's visibly on the back of the unit.

I bought these for a backup deep cycle battery I have in the trunk of my car because my job has me parked at construction sites for long hours and I don't want to waste gas. The battery is wired to a box in my back seat. This lets me know if the battery voltage is still high enough to use so that I don't ruin my battery. Although the display seems small, like the size of a calculator display, it is very bright and easy to read day or night.
