Works well for hanging targets at the range.Just add targets, 2x4's and posts for the 2x4's.These are similar to the MGM "Plate-rack in a can" and the holders are good replacements for theirs.

These do work well. Mountable on a 2x4 with a little extra clearance, not much. But they hold targets with chains or without depending on the target to hold.Only thing I question is the usage of AR500 steel. After one use there are marks from ricochet metal from the rounds used. The black finish scratched off and there are some scratches in the metal that shouldn't happen with true AR500 steel.

These worked out great for make target hangers, I used the with saw horses.

These work great! I got them to hang a heavy steel plate for the shooting range. They fit a 2x4 well, and they'll hold up for a lot of use. I prefer to hang heavy plates, as it makes ricochets less likely. The plates can absorb more energy when they can swing.

Work great and hold steel plates wither with or without supports. I am questioning whether these are truly ar500 (hardened) steel? I have other brackets that AR500 and they are much thicker.

Simple design, as long as you can slide them over the end of a 2x4 - the opening is only about an inch so you will not be able to slip it over the board other than running it down the board from the end. Decently think material, you could cut through the brackets with bullets, but it would take a few shots. Hooks are good and sturdy and have enough length to hang something with little concern of getting knocked off.
