I’m not sure if these bulbs have both uva and uvb, but they work great for heating I have a separate bulb for uvb just in case. But my cooter Scooter loves basking in it and the bulbs last a long time pretty much I’ve had 2 blow out on me but that was after at least 60 day uses. Definitely buying again

First bulb died after 2 weeks use of 8hrs/day. So the bulb only lasted a little over 100 hours.

I bought these bulbs for my turtle to bask under and used the first one about 6 weeks ago. It's still going strong and she seems to enjoy hanging out under it. I honestly didn't expect to get a lot of life out of them, as inexpensive as they are, so I'm pretty happy so far. The only negative thing I can say is it isn't as warm as the ones I've bought from the local farm store, but my turtle doesn't seem to mind. There's a good chance I'll be purchasing this product again when it's time to replace the last bulb.
