These are the best quick release fittings I've used. one button release and push to set tool. But the tool shoots out when you push the button. It has a relief which vents most of the air but enough gets by to shoot my lightest tool about 5 feet max. Not a problem for me but would be better if all the air vented out the vent on release. I run 175 psi unegulated fyi so your mileage may vary
