I bought this fan after having a flood under my home. It was sold like new from Amazon Warehouse. It arrived with the control knob completely broken off. I had to order a new control switch for the fan. I reached out to Amazon for a price adjustment to help pay for the replacement of the broken part and they refused. An item listed like new should have all its parts, esp the control switch. Very disappointed, esp. since I have been a prime member for over 10 years. As for the fan itself, I give it 5 stars, after the new control switch was installed.
