No beater bar on main attachment and so lightweight it just bounced over my area rugs. Hose shirt and still. Very cheap

This vaccum cleaners functionality is not good at all. The first time I turned it on, on the same day I received it. It makes a loud whistling noise. Also non of the attachments attach to the machine itself when it’s supposed to. The product is lightweight but that is not a very good thing when you try to pull it along and it flips over from being so light. The plastic material used to build this machine is very thin and will break easily. It’s also very over priced, I should have gone with a name brand and paid a little more.,Update on previous review.I received a second vacuum cleaner and it works really well. I have to say the customer service was top notch as they did everything in there power to fix my issue with the machine.

Finally, a vacuum that doesn’t make my eyes water! HEPA 12 outlet filter + cyclones = zero sneezing fits. Bonus: The crevice tool doubles as a curtain rod dust slayer.

Broke up pet hair clogs in my ducts (yes, really). Multi-cyclone system means zero suction drop, even when the 3.5QT bin’s full. Why didn’t this exist when I fostered kittens?!
