The item shipped from manufacturer and apparently it was already opened. It came with tape on one container which was 2/3 empty. I wrote a review and asked for another shipment or a refund for the empty container and got a reply to fill out request for return. I am unable to ship it back since I obviously needed salt for the snow. I used what I had. My picture should be enough evidence. I am annoyed there has been no resolution.
