The product arrived on time, as described and with everything needed to install it. The User interface is fast and responsive and you can even choose from several (I think 10) different UI designs. Once installed, it looks like it came from the factory with this head unit.It connected to both phones I tried instantly using android auto and carplay. Connected to WiFi to download offline maps and did it with no problem. The rear view camera also works perfectly, including the 360 degree view.I really love how it came out and have no issues as of yet. I plan on putting a SIM card in it soon and will update with how it handles 4g.WARNING: IF YOURE NOT TECH SAVVY, GET HELP WITH THIS INSTALL. If you know what you're doing and are Google competent, it's not too hard of an install.

I installed this unit into my mother's 2018 Rav4. It was super easy. The unit arrived, and I followed the enclosed diagram to connect all of the wiring. It took about 30 minutes to install the unit -- I watched 3 different YouTube videos (unrelated to the seller) in preparation of the install. I only had to change out one of the wiring sets, as I didn't disassemble the existing radio and didn't know which one I'd use. All wiring was included, which was a bonus, after reading other reviews.I spent over an hour trying to get the "offline" navigation to work. I don't think it's really offline, but now the default map appears on the home screen. To do this, you'll need to login to your Google account on the unit while connected to wi-fi.Oh, and one more note. It was a bit tricky to get the car trim back on with this unit. I wasn't able to completely snap the unit in place until I had the trim partially installed.

UPDATE 1: You WILL need the external mic connected to this unit in order to be heard clearly on calls. Also, it’s a pain taking this apart and putting it back together, so try to install the microphone and reverse camera connections properly on the first try. When reassembling the dash, I have found that having the two air vents disconnected from the unit helps when pushing everything together.####The unit works fine, but since this is a mass-produced product from China, you should expect the need to order your own CANBUS wiring harness (I have a 2016 Toyota RAV 4). The CANBUS wiring harness that I received with my order was junk and didn’t even have all the proper connections to make the SWC (Steering-Wheel Control) and reverse camera work. I repeat, the CANBUS wiring harness that I received with my order literally did not have the connections to connect the SWC and reverse camera. To make the reverse camera work, the CANBUS wiring harness should have two male yellow RCA connectors that connect to the female “reverse camera” connector that plugs directly into the stereo. Since the CANBUS wiring harness typically has two of these male yellow RCA connectors, you’ll have to try each one separately to see which one will activate the reverse camera when the car is put into reverse.Customer service *might* send you the proper CANBUS, but I didn’t have the time to go back and forth with them, or the patience to be let down again after paying what I paid for this unit.About the unit itself: it’s a huge upgrade for my 2016 Toyota RAV 4. I strongly recommend watching a YouTube video first on how to remove the factory radio before attempting yourself. To get the SWC (Steering-Wheel Control) to work, go to Settings >Factory Settings > type the code on your installation instructions (most likely 3368), and choose the brand name of your CANBUS wiring harness followed by the make and model of your car. Ideally, your CANBUS wiring harness will have all the connections needed so that there will be no leftover connectors (especially no leftover SWC and reverse camera connectors like I had with the original junk CANBUS harness that I received).Also, Bluetooth 5.0 is a must for me, and this unit delivers that with crisp audio and a fast, stable connection. The giant screen is gorgeous, and Apple CarPlay works great too (when you can get the SWC to work).I hope my review will save youse time. It was my first time doing something like this for a car, and it took me longer than I would have liked to realize that though the stereo unit itself is fine, the CANBUS wiring harness is trash.For the lack of a CANBUS harness with the proper connections in the box, I’m taking 1 star off my review to give it a total of 4 stars.

This is a huge upgrade for my 2014 RAV4 LE, I wish they had a better installation instructions, the one page instruction isn’t really enough but I was able to find more resources ( of similar stereos) on YouTube. The top trim was a little tricky when I reinstall it. Overall I’m happy with the product.
