This is a really cute tea set! I love the little hearts on everything and that it comes with everything you need to make matcha. I've never really tried matcha before, but now I feel less intimidated by having this set and being able to properly mix it. It came well packaged and looks really nice laid out to be displayed, or easily goes into a cabinet without taking up a ton of space.

This matcha set is both beautiful and functional. The heart-shaped bowl is adorable and holds a generous portion of tea. The bamboo whisk and scoop feel authentic and work well for making frothy, ceremonial-style matcha. It’s a thoughtful gift set and came beautifully packaged. First if all, the set is lead free. It comes with instructions on how to make your matcha drink, which is very helpful for first timers. My set brightens the room with little red hearts painted on the ceramics. The set comes with everything you need to pair with your favourite matcha to make the perfect cup of matcha drink. I plan on keeping the silica gel pack that comes in the bamboo whisk container because it is important to keep the whisk dry when not in use. The container it comes in is good to ensure it keeps it’s shape and prevents damage. The mixing/serving bowl is generously sized. I love this set and am looking forward to drinking even more matcha in the future.

My daughter loves tea. It's not something she got from me; while I will drink tea for the effects it's not something that I'm normally drawn to. I'm a coffee drinker at heart. Still, having a good tea set can be nice on occasion, and as my daughter loves it I thought a kit would be a great gift. When I saw this one I had to try it.It arrived in a very nice box and everything included arrived in near-mint condition. This is the kind of box that would be great to open as a gift.This is a great kit! The color is a very warm off-white. The strainer feels really well put together, like a real tool instead of just a throw-in. The center of the whisk has a little protective plastic cover which really helped it during transport. The bowl is nice and well made, other than a single imperfection that was fired in, but it's definitely noticeable. I removed a star for that. Otherwise this is a great kit that works very well!Overall I'm happy with this kit and think it will be a great gift for my daughter!

I bought this as a gift, but I loved it so much I ended up keeping it for myself.
