You'll have a much easier install experience with 2 ladders and an extra person. I installed it on my own with a single ladder which made it more time consuming and tedious. I was eventually able to get it installed and it works well

Product comes in a small box of wire mesh that is rolled into a tight spiral. It was a bit too rudimentary for me to work with and was unfortunately slightly larger than my gutter opening. Unrolling and cutting and working this stuff into the gutter seemed an ominous task and I decided to go with a more plug and play system. I felt like this was going to be an installation adventure that I would one day have to remove so that I could clean out the contents that invariably would still pass thru the screen and didn't think I would want to go thru the process again. I would say this requires someone who has more patience than I do for a product/project like this. The gloves are nice!

We got this to use on the gutters and keep leaves out. It's fairly easy to work with and bend and manipulate to where you want it. It would be nice to have some sort of clips included but I was able to find something just to help it really stay in place. It's pretty thin bit you don't really need anything super thick for this purpose

This aluminum gutter guard seems like it will effectively block leaves from getting into the gutters. However, there's a potential downside to consider.Pros:Blocks Leaves: I expect this gutter guard to solve the problem of leaves getting into the gutters in-masse.Cons:However, the sharp edges seem destined to trap stems and other debris getting stuck in the sharp unfinished holes. Cleaning the gutter guard itself is going to be difficult. Not to mention, removing them to get anything that does make its way in is going to be tough if you hope to reuse the same screen.Overall:This aluminum gutter guard could be a good option to prevent leaves from accumulating in your gutters—we'll see. However, you might need to be extra careful when cleaning them out, due to the potential for sharp edges to snag debris (or hands).

I requested the PEFECOP 6 inch x 50 feet Aluminum Gutter Guard as an alternative to the 'prefabricated' options available because of expense. The aluminum is of a good quality and fairly easy to manipulate on installation. Having a metal roof required some creative latitude to get it installed so as not to void our warranty, but hubby managed. The length covered one section of the back roof so now all we can do is wait and see how effective the guard will be. The guard though is a very good product!

This wire works great on my gitters....very easy to install and customize to fit the gutters perfectly..... wire is heavy duty and sturdy while still being very flexible and maneuverable.... wire is very sharp and can easily cut through skin, pants and shirts..... nice thick rubber gloves included to prevent accidents..... once installed properly wire can last several years requiring only minor touch ups...I also use this wire to repair holes in other fences on my property..... very useful tool to have in my arsenal

The product is packed in a nice box you can use for storage if you have left over material. and came with a pair of protective gloves with latex coating.... protects hands for both clearing debris out of the gutter and keeping the mesh from cutting your hands.The product is heavy duty enough to last but thin and flexible enough to make fitting into your gutter easy if you are molding it into an arch. I was able to use tin-snips to cut the roll to length, but wire cutters would probably work too.

Although we've not had these installed for long, the metal is exceptionally strong and we expect them to be durable for years to come. They're accompanied by a pair of gloves that are supposed to protect the installer from the slightly jagged edges, but they seemed a bit chintzy, so I think hubby used a different pair of leather gloves that sufficed. The grate is adequate for allowing water to flow while leaving no room for leaf litter. So glad to have these!
