This timer has been super helpful for my kids—especially when it comes to reading time, chores, or getting ready. They can see how much time they have left, which keeps them focused and less likely to argue or stall. It’s easy to set, doesn’t need batteries (yay for one less thing to charge!), and the cute cartoon design makes it fun instead of stressful. It’s made time management way easier in our house. Definitely recommend for other parents or teachers who want to give kids a visual way to stay on track.

We use these in our classrooms, so when I needed a visual timer for my own child at home I knew what I was looking for. Easy to use and easy to read. My son is three so the numbers don't mean much, but he knows when it is almost done by watching the color disappear.

I use this at my desk. I am a writer of books and novels as well as a freelance software consultant. I am also very prone to hyper-focusing on my work and losing all track of time. I use this timer as a visual and audio reminder to take a break every hour. I prefer using it over a timer on my phone or desktop. Its easy to set and reset and keeps me on track

For individuals who might struggle with traditional timekeeping methods, like children/people with neurodivergence; visual timers work because they provide a visual representation of time passing. They "show" time instead of just telling it with an auditory signal. That being said, there's a significant crossover in the neurodivergence community of folks that have Time Blindness and Auditory Sensitivities - This timer is NOT for those people. If this was the method used to track time in a classroom, I wouldn't be able to hear any lecture from the teacher or focus in a silent room because of this incessant ticking, it feels akin to Chinese Water Torture.Outside of that, the product is exactly as advertised and it's great that it doesn't require batteries.

I don't usually find myself giving 5 star reviews to something I'm returning. I bought this timer to try using with my toddler, but the ticking is so loud and quick it makes me feel panicky. It's like a cartoon bomb is about to explode at any moment. Very stressful. Not conducive to things like preparing a toddler for bedtime, lol.On the other hand, I wish that I could hand out of these out to every elderly relative I've ever had! The timer is HUGE (much larger than I expected) and so easy to see how long you're setting it for thanks to the dark green contrast. It would have been amazing for my grandmother as her eyesight dwindled. The magnets held it very tightly on my fridge so it definitely won't fall off, and it never needs batteries!I really think this is phenomenal product that is just not being marketed to the right audience.

Le son de “tic” pendant la période de timer est particulièrement bruyant et il n’est pas possible de l’enlever (tout comme la sonnerie de fin, alors que c’est possible pour d’autres modèles similaires). À prendre en considération si vous êtes sensible au son.
