These cake rings are great for forming different shapes with your desserts. I remember my mom making cut-up cakes when was a kid, and she'd have to find different size dishes to cut out the different shapes, then try to cut evenly downwards with a knife. Now I can just firmly press the cake ring down into my cake and voila, there's a neatly cut, perfectly round circle of cake. They are deep enough to exceed the height of most single layer cakes.

Pros:Includes three versatile sizes for various baking needs.Open rings make layering mousse and sponge cakes easy.Easy to clean and store nested together.Cons:No bottom makes transferring layered cakes difficult.Rings are a sealed strip so noticeable mark at the seam.Metal is VERY thin and bends very easily.Rings do not adjust or expand beyond fixed sizes.Edges are not rolled and feel sharp to handle.No storage pouch or container is included.
