These shoulder pads arrived vacuum-packed and remained flat even after being left out for three hours. To restore their shape, I soaked them in water, gently massaged them multiple times, and dried them using the “Delicate” cycle in a dryer. After this process, they fluffed up nicely and currently measure about 1/2 inch thick. They may expand a bit more over time.Initially, I thought attaching them to bra straps would be convenient since that method doesn’t require sewing into garments. However, I found that the pads shift out of place if the bra straps move, making positioning tricky. Additionally, with wide-neck tops, if the bra strap shifts inward, the pad might become visible.To solve this, I plan to sew Velcro loop (soft side) onto my clothes and attach the pads—which have Velcro hook (rough side)—directly to the garments. Since generic Velcro is widely available, I can sew the loop side onto various clothes and reuse these three pads as needed. This method provides a more secure and discreet fit across different outfits. The material is soft and breathable, and they offer a subtle lift to shoulder lines, enhancing the overall fit of jackets or shirts.

Very disappointed! They come in an air tight package so the are very deflated. They seem to be very cheap material and the pad seems to tear easily, when I tried to help it inflate, it tore on the inside pad area. They are half as thick as they claimed. Will be returning
