Photos shows copper spades on plug , the one I received has zinc plated very disappointing not worth the time returning.

Tests the light connections as described. Will NOT test the electric brake connector in many cases as resistance has to be "sensed" by the tow vehicle before it will send current. This device apparently does not provide proper resistance for many factory e-brake controllers to sense and send power. It was cheap, so I'll keep it, but disappointed that this information is not included in the description.
