These picks are great. They don't have any special features and are very basic, but I can't be at work without them. I just recently broke my last one and had to wait a few days for these to show up. I will tell you, they are hard to be without when you are using them daily. So many things I do call for a tiny hook or pick. Great value, very sturdy, could be slightly longer but size works well. Also easy to hold, they don't slip. Would definitely purchase more.

I use these picks at work to rebuild hydraulic cylinders. They are sturdy and get the job done.

These are nothing special nor are they super high quality. These are just good budget picks and hooks for the occasional use. If you are looking for a set for daily use, these are not it. Also, that set will cost you three times the price. These are for the person who just needs to use one here and there. There is a good assortment in this kit. Half of them are short, and the other half is long. For what these are and what you are getting, these are great. I have no complaints about this set.

This is a really handy set of picks at a great price. They're nothing special, but they don't need to be. They're serviceable and sturdy, with a useful selection of the most basic shapes. I imagine they will not withstand really heavy prying, but I wouldn't expect that at this price.Do note however, that the product images and description are deceiving, because it makes it look like all eight picks are the same length, and states that you get four regular picks and four "mini" picks. This makes it seem like the set comprises four larger picks and four smaller. In fact, what you get are four short picks and four longer ones, the working end of which are all the same size. That is to say, the plastic handles and the picks of all eight are the same size, and only the metal shafts are longer on four of them.

This is a great set to keep in the toolbox. Whether you're working on electronics, automotive repairs, or just general projects, there are always moments where a regular screwdriver won’t cut it. Sometimes the tool is too bulky or doesn’t have the right angle, and that’s where these picks come in handy.They’re really useful for peeling back wires, pulling O-rings, grabbing cables, or even removing labels when using a heat gun. For those odd jobs that pop up, these tools are perfect.I’ve had other similar sets in the past from a budget tool supplier (which will remain nameless), but they were usually cheaply made. Some even had the shafts come loose from the handles. These feel solid, secure, and comfortable in the hand. Excellent quality for the price and I’m very pleased with them.

Good pick set for light duty work. Super useful to have around in your shop, particularly having both short and long shafts. They are however very light duty. The shafts are on the flimsy side, and when applying a bit of lateral force they flex. Keep that in mind if you need to apply a lot of strength. The hooks seem to stay in place while performing light duty work. For the price of 1 hook you are getting a set of 8, and that comes at a cost. All in all, I think this is a very useful set to have for this price.

Picked up this set to help accommodate when cleaning certain types of semi automatic tools. These have worked well getting dirt and carbon build up out of crevasses on my tools. Great for helping to get cleaning patches into tight areas. This is a budget friendly hook and pick set, but by no means are they cheap feeling. Both the extended and short ones work very well. The long ones were fantastic at getting to spots i couldn't reach with a nylon cleaning brush. Nice soft grips feel good in your hand when using them. These are a great addition to my armorers kit.

Tools - 5 stars. Criticism - no carrying case - bit of a bummer there. The grips are nice, good size, plenty durable, and the picks don't smush and change shape after the first use. I ended up needing this for a very specific job - to scrape away "Soot rocks" from an oil pick-up tube screen on a modern diesel engine. I can easily see these being useful for inset O-ring removal, fuel injector O-ring removal, or just needing a really tiny hook to grab a clip you dropped buried in the depths of an intake manifold. These are the kinds of tools you didn't you know needed until you got them. You probably used everything else under the sun that these could have made the job so much simpler.
