Purchased this battery hoping it would last at least 2 years or so.... it didn't even make it that far. The battery started giving up just a few months after light usage. Disappointed and won't be buying from this vendor again.Update: Contacted support.... they offered no help whatsoever and basically told me to buy a new battery. Apparently I am 2 months out of their 1 year warranty. Its partially my fault as I should have reached out to them months ago when the battery started failing.... oh well, I usually help friends and family with computer issues and always link them to what parts need to be ordered.... I will definitely no longer be using this company..

The original battery in my MBP Late 2013 has become bloated and was pressing on the trackpad from inside rendering it useless. Used this product for replacement and it worked out well. Be prepared for a struggle ungluing the old battery. Note: there is no adhesion strip that came with it but I am not sure that you actually need one - once the battery is fitted in its place, it doesn't move.

J'ai malheureusement demandé un retour de ce produit destiné à mon MacBook personnel, Je suis technicien Apple, malgré plusieurs charge et décharge + reset PRAM et SMC, à environ 50% de charge, le pourcentage de charge passe d'un coup à 7%, cette batterie est clairement défectueuse.En parcourant les commentaires, je me rend compte que plusieurs clients ont eu exactement les mêmes déboires, ce n'est donc pas un cas isolé mais bien un défaut de fabrication.Dommage le prix était attractif mais la qualité n'est pas au rendez vous.

Dobry produkt za niską cenę. W zestawie 2 niezbędne śrubokręty. Ponadto dostarczono po trzech dniach mimo noworocznego szczytu. Kupiłem 2lata dodatkowej gwarancji za 5€ ale mimo elektronicznej wysyłki na maila pojawiał się błąd adresu z PL. Poradziłem sobie podając niemiecki adres znajomego . Bateria zainstalowana i Macbook pracuje znowu jak nowy. Polecam z czystym sumieniem.

Batteria cambiata ieri. Per adesso sembra reggere alla perfezione e sono pienamente soddisfatto.La capacità a carica completa arriva a 9108 mAh, quindi ottima. Nel caso avessi qualsiasi problema provvederò ad aggiornare questa recensione.

Unfortunately I can't comment on the long-term reliability of this battery, since I bought it to replace a swollen battery in my Macbook so that I could sell it, but I did want to comment on the physical battery itself and the installation process. It fit perfectly in my Mid-2015 15" Macbook Pro, and mine did not have the tab covering the area where the trackpad connector sits, so I didn't have to trim anything.The hardest part of replacing the battery is getting the old one out -- that took about 30 minutes, and you feel like you're going to break things because it's so tough to get out. Just be careful, gentle yet firm (if that makes sense) on pulling the battery off the case, and you'll eventually get it. I did use some dental floss to try to slice through the adhesive, but I am not sure how much that helped -- once you get it pried up a bit, it's not difficult to slowly pull the packs all the way off.Putting the new one in? Took less than 5 minutes, and most of that was dealing with the tiny screws for the battery and the case bottom. Really, once you get the old one it, the rest of it is a piece of cake.For my Macbook, all I had to disconnect was the battery connector and the trackpad cable -- some videos have you doing more extensive surgery, but seriously, that is all you need to disconnect before you start trying to pull it out.

Fácil de instalar, y viene con todas las herramientas necesarias (menos el disolvente).Yo saqué la vieja batería con hilo en vez de con disolvente como menciona algún tutorial en internet.Después de la instalación hay instrucciones para calibrar la batería. 👍

This is a pretty decent replacement. Had two laptops that the batteries had expanded in. So I ordered two. When they showed up I swapped out the dead ones for these. One worked perfectly. The other seemed to jump from 87% to 7% in less than a minute. I sent it back and got a replacement. Like some other reviewers have said my replacement had an extra piece of plastic on the bottom piece. Not wanting to send it back and wait another few days for a battery I decided to operate and surgically remove the extra plastic piece. It doesn’t seem to be mandatory for operation. Without that part on it it fits perfectly. The replacement’s adhesive isn’t the greatest as it occasionally rattles around in the laptop, but the battery works perfectly and holds a charge. The vendor wrote me and offered to send me a power bank for free. I’m not sure if it was just out of goodness of their hearts or because they noticed I had sent one of the batteries back for a replacement, but I did indeed get a power bank in the mail.For the price and a little bit of “home surgery” I still think this is a better deal than going to apple for an overpriced battery replacement.

Product, so far, is working perfectly. I’ve had no issues with it. But it’s only been a little over a month since I’ve used it, so we shall see after a year. Installation was easy. Delivery was a breeze. They even come with the tool kit. Competitively priced. I think I even got a discount on it. I can’t remember. The seller is great!

I realized my mid 2015 MBP wouldn't sit flat and wouldn't close it all the way. Good thing I noticed this or else other components could have stopped working such as the trackpad, keyboard, or even the logic board. It would have been more expensive to fix. I'm out of apple care warranty since I purchased this over 4 years ago so figured I would fix it myself. I didn't want to spend over $200 on getting the battery replaced by Apple so I did a little research. Found this replacement and it's been excellent so far!# Pros- Age of battery is 7.5 months (MFG Date Feb 26, 2019) so it's within this year.- Max 9114 mAh is reporting more than the original 8440 mAh.- Health of the battery is reporting > 100%... I even calibrated it.- Only had 2 reported cycles after install so it's definitely been through quality control.- Came with decent tools.# Cons- Had to cut off a tab that another reviewer posted. The photo of the listing doesn't reflect this tab that needs to be cut off. It's a piece of plastic that is at the bottom of the 2 center cells. Not a big deal - just trim it off and it doesn't impact the battery. Just strange that the listing doesn't show it but it's in the way during the install. Of course the instructions that came with it never explained anything about it.- Bad instructions, it's not even instructions - pretty much warnings on how to handle the battery.# InstallIFixIt is a popular website that helps people DIY fix Apple products. The instruction showed the level of difficulty to replace the battery was advanced and it required a bunch of stuff having to be removed. I didn't follow the crazy instructions since all I had to do is untether and pull the battery off the adhesive. The way I did it was by using 20# threaded fishing line and a couple of wooden dowels. It took me over an hour alone to just get the battery free from the case. Worked slowly because of the swollen cells. Put the new battery in, assembled everything back together, and powered it on. I didn't even have to reset the PRAM or anything, it powered right on.Just be careful if you have a swollen battery like I did. It's like trying to remove inflated balloons and trying to not puncture it. Also, please recycle the old battery. I went to home depot and they have a used battery drop off box near the entrance.Difficulty of install is equivalent to replacing the battery on an iPhone. It just takes a little longer with the swollen battery and the larger surface area. If you've replaced an iPhone battery, then you should be able to replace a MBP battery.
