I anticipated this would be a hard fix, but it worked perfectly fine at the end of the day! You'll be fine if you're careful while you have your laptop open.I used a guide from ifixit and had a YouTube video open just in case. There were times when I wanted to give up, but I powered through it. Now, instead of a $600 fix from Apple, I fixed it for roughly $200! This didn't include the screwdrivers needed, but I just grabbed a precision set and got to work.Thanks!

After installing, there was a screen flash and my computer was slower than ever. I re installed the old one with the crack in it and everything works fine. Save yourself the heart ache.

First screen I got was broken in both the bottom right and left corner. Second screen no damage or missing pixels and brightness is almost as bright as OEM. -1 star for first broken screen.

It is compatible with my MacBook Pro but it doesn't work well. It has what its called theater lights at the bottom of the screen. And, by the time I got it fixed once it arrived, which took a few weeks because they installed the display and wasn't working correctly and after checking the whole computer and its components to see what was wrong, the 30 days money back warranty passed, being the display itself that was damaged. Seller contacted me and fully refunded my money even after the 30 days passed. Five stars for the seller, one star for the product = rounded to three stars overall.
