I’m very pleased with these frost covers. I first used two of these in winter of 2023-2024 and had good results. I also locally purchased other frost protection (green fabric from a big orange-colored box store) but hadn’t used them). Well, winter 2024-2025 brought freezing temperatures to Florida and I needed to use all the frost covers and leave the plants covered for almost one week. The plants covered with the Abimars plant covers did very well and looked healthy after removal. The plants covered in the green cloth had dead leaves, frost damaged tips and just looked sad. The plants were side by side, so had identical exposure to the elements. The Abimars cloth was superior in protection. Abimars covers are more durable than the green ones as well, and had no rips or stress tears, with a durable zipper and draw string. The full-length zipper on the Abimars makes for easy and quick placement and removal for tall plants and also allows for daytime ventilation without requiring complete removal. I purchased more Abimars plant covers in different sizes for future winters. Highly recommend.

Protected my plants from the cold yet still allows light to keep the plants healthy. Very easy to setup and just as easy to unzip and uncover plants on warmer, sunny days. Excellent product. Sturdy material, good strong zippers.

I live in WI with cold winters. I had to pot my hydrangea & purchased these bags to see if it would survive the winter. I piled straw all around the pot & over the top of the plant. Then used both bags to cover it up tight. I am so happy to see it survived and I have healthy growth & buds! Will use these bags again next winter. They held up perfectly.

They have lasted through the worst of winter's storms so far. I have one covering our Japanese maple and another covering a mature rose bush and some underplanting. Put them up before the first snow storm and they have worked wonderfully well. They are even holding up through the worst of the wind storms we have been having lately. But double-check the size you need, because these are really huge! It's a good thing they come with a zipper, which aids placement and the closure ties are very handy as well. Highly recommended.

I have a potted plant that is too big and heavy to bring inside that holds a lime plant. I didn’t want it to die either as I’ve had it for 3 years and grown from a little sapling. Not only has my tree been safe from the cold so far, but it’s growing it’s very first lime!

Jeden Winter muss ich mich erneut bei Frost um unsere empfindlichen Kübelpflanzen auf der Terrasse kümmern. Meistens stelle ich sie rein, was sehr aufwendig ist.Daher wollte ich schon lange solche Winterschutzhüllen haben und habe diese bestellt.Sie kommen vakuumverpackt und somit sehr platzsparend an.Nach dem Auspacken braucht es kurz bis sie nicht mehr so verknittert sind.Die Größe ist perfekt für unsere empfindlichen Kübelpflanzen (Eukalyptus und Olive) mit je ca 1m Höhe und 0,7m Durchmesser.Die Hülle lässt sich dank des Reißverschlusses leicht "anbringen" und hält auch sehr gut, was hier im Norden wichtig ist. Wir haben viele Stürme.Es kommt genug Licht durch, so dass die Pflanzen auch längere Zeit im Winter darunter bleiben können.Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit den beiden Winterschutzhüllen, nur der Preis ist vergleichsweise hoch, daher einen Stern Abzug.Wichtig: Die Hüllen schützen nicht vor starkem Luftfrost und auch der Kübel kann durchfrieren. Die Hüllen sind dafür da, Windfrost abzuhalten, der in unseren Breiten eigentlich den größten Schaden anrichten kann.

Prodotto molto robusto e ben fatto al momento posso dire solo questo in riguardo visto che l’ho appena acquistato, l’ho applicato da qualche giorno al mio albero, ottima capienzaper piante di misura notevole spero faccia il suo dovere con le prossime gelate solo con il tempo saprò se riconfermare le 5 stelle
