I received a very well made threshold piece, 36.5" x 5.5" x .5". It is clear oak, dry, flat, no saw marks or planer marks, and with no torn edges from cutting or milling. Very nice and ready for light sanding and finishing. Note that as you see in the product picture there is no recess on the bottom, so you will want to take down any high spots on your floor before installation.
