I really appreciate that this fan has shutters built in. The 8 speed settings are really nice – much better than one speed, or a simple high/low. It might not be enough to cool down a shop (you’d probably want something closer to a swamp cooler size for that!), but this will definitely be good enough to deal with excess heat / humidity build up, or just introducing a slight airflow into a space with completely stagnant air! I was surprised by how quiet this was, and will probably look into getting a larger version in the future.

There is no way the cfms are correct, i bought this to replace my other 12 in 1250 cfm fan for my ventilation. Im a glass blower and when the flame turns red its not pulling enough, my last fan was the same specs and the flame was never red. Now im passed the return window so its just a loss on this one, if you need the cfms to be accurate this aint the one. Id bet its more like 6-700 cfm.

It moves air very Efficiently. I can change speeds depending on time of day and temperature outside. It keeps the garage cool enough for the equipment running in the garage.

This fan is better than i expected. The fan is adjustable with the included remote, fairly quiet and really powerful. Powder-coat finish looks great, smooth with great coverage. The louvers open automatically, powered by the fan breeze. They stay closed firmly when not in use, even during strong winds because they only open outward. The remote control is handy and makes the fans placement more flexible by using any outlet, not just a switched one to control it. The fan is substantial, well built, smooth, quiet and good looking.

This little fan is perfect as an exhaust fan in my greenhouse. On a 60 degree day, I went outside and realized that my greenhouse was 180 degrees inside, and I turned this on. In minutes, it was down to a level that wouldn't kill all my plants. It has a timer, and I hadn't learned to use it yet, but I have since rectified that. This will be great for those spring days when it's cool in the morning and hot in the afternoon.

Very well constructed fan. Surprisingly low noise and no vibration plus a remote controller that consistently works from 30-40 feet, maybe more. I haven't tested it beyond that . A little pricey compared to the competition but well worth the difference. Sometimes you really do get what you pay for. If I needed another fan I would repurchase this product without a second thought.

This 12 inch shutter exhaust fan arrived appropriately protected using custom cut foam padding within a branded professional looking box. The instructions appear easy to follow and utilise detailed diagrams to illustrate appropriate placement and installation. The fan itself is quiet. The louvers operate smoothly. The remote controller is pretty basic and easy to use. It has crisp button feedback when pressed. Overall, I am happy with this exhaust fan.
