I was really liking this clock but after 9 month it just quit working and 4/6 number slots just froze saying 09:26 and stopped working. It says it could get bricked updating if unplugged ,but I wasn't updating at all nor unplugged at all.Update- I got in contact with Amazon and they are sending me a replacement. They were quick with responding 👍.

#1 the clock looks great ... when it works.BUT, oddly enough, if you set the tens-of-seconds digit to pure white, the hours & minutes digits freak out and flash all the values about 50% of the time, usually when the ones digit of the seconds reverts to 0. Really. I thought it might be a current draw thing, but you can set all of the OTHER digits to pure white no problem (ie with 5th digit set to a pure color). It's only that 5th digit being white that causes the problem. The other odd thing is that if all digits are set to white, it pulls ~330ma at 5v ... but when it gets into this freak-out mode, that drops to ~220ma. I will add a video if I can.Unfortunately, the "English" setting translates all of the fields EXCEPT the "Update" part of the screen, so I had to Gerry-rig it to find out that it was on the latest firmware (I think ... lol).OTHERWISE it looks great, very cool concept - you'd love it if you're into Nixie tubes, and the color modes are cool.Unfortunately I have to return it because something is either wrong with my unit, or with the design, and in a very weird way I don't trust it.

I loved the look of this clock and were it a little bigger, it would’ve been perfect and justified the price. I feel that it’s priced a little too high for what you actually get but the colors are very pretty and it’s an interesting conversation piece. It’s a little difficult to get a good picture in the daylight but it is very easily seen.

Love this clock. It's really retro and vintage looking, but actually runs on modern technology. My clock had a technical glitch, but fast and good customer service fixed the issue.

The clock is beautiful once you figure out the awful Engrish software. Logging in is an adventure. Once logged in, you can eventually set the time and color scheme. Forget figuring out setting, or stopping, an alarm. Just ridiculous.

A beautiful desk accessory with a unique design. The digits seem to "float" in the six acrylic compartments. Multiple colours and display modes are a plus, including Nixie-like orange-red, although I prefer the pure blue. I can't comment on accuracy since I haven't had it long enough to know for sure.
