The seller should seriously reconsider using FedEx for deliveries. It's hard to believe that a shopping experience could be so poor but this one managed to break this barrier.The headboard, however, despite a small chip in the corner is exactly what I hoped it would be. Assembly was straightforward and pretty quick. It achieves exactly what I was looking to achieve from the decor standpoint. I would love to give this item 5 stars but the delivery was so bad that I feel generous giving it 4.

This was the second headboard from the same company we ordered and subsequently returned. It arrived with marks on it. The pictures make it look really nice, but the quality was subpar. Amazon made the return process very easy.

I was looking for a low profile headboard so it wouldn't block the window behind our bed. This was easy to attach to our standard bedframe and seems reasonably sturdy. Exactly what we were looking for.

This seems to be a quality headboard that's made with real wood. It's nicely finished with no rough edges. I should have paid closer attention to how it installs, however, because my bedframe didn't have predrilled holes in it (like many metal frames do). So: I think this is a good option if you're sure it will screw onto your frame.

This is a basic headboard that looks nice. For being real wood, it is affordable, and for the price it is classic and nice looking. It would be good for a kid's room, or any bedroom, really. I love the warm tone of the caramel-colored wood, but the one I received has a few color/finish issues as you can see in my photos; there are some white spots that did not get fully painted or covered by stain. I need to get a wood touch-up pen and see if I can cover them up. That will be an easy fix assuming it works.The headboard is real wood, but is lightweight and easy to put together. It came with two legs that you just need to attach with screws - super quick and easy. All the hardware needed comes in the box, including a hex key - you don't have to own any tools at all to put it together. It was easy to assemble and also easy to attach to my bed frame. There are two options pre-drilled hole options for assembling the headboard, to attach the legs for a shorter-height headboard or a taller one, depending upon how high you'd like the headboard to rise up. I guess I have a taller frame and/or a thicker mattress and comforter, because after I assembled the headboard in the tallest position and then added my bedding, the headboard basically disappeared behind all my pillows when I made up and dressed the bed. The headboard does peek out a little. So be sure to measure not only the height of your bed frame, but also its height when it is fully made up with a mattress, box spring, comforter, pillows, etc.Overall this headboard is affordable, especially considering it is made of real wood. It is about what I expected for the price point. The caramel color and the classic styling are quite attractive.
