I haven't taken this on my international trip yet, but I did take it on a domestic trip and it is a nice thing to have. It really helps you stretch your legs and also be able to utilize more space. I fly coach so we don't get much space back there! Great purchase and I'm looking forward to using it on my long flight this summer.

I've tried another brand on a flight and it was not a positive experience. I was in regular economy where there is not much room, especially when the person in front puts his or her seat back and is just inches away from me. I had also ordered this Zaceaur Airplane Foot Hammock and decided to try again because I was in a more expensive economy seat with more leg room and that was a better experience. Not a great experience, as I have fidgety legs and the hammock agitates the seat in front with my movements, because the tray is attached to that seat. This is somewhat like a mild version of a kid slouching and kicking that seat. There are other seats in economy where this device won't work either such as the bulk head that has a small tray pop up from the arm rest. That all said, the hammock is lightweight and compact, easily fitting into my carry-on. The adjustable straps were simple to use, and I was able to attach it to the tray table without any issues. The anti-slip material on the bottom of the hammock provided a secure resting place for my feet. Once I had my feet elevated, I didn't notice any significant reduction in leg fatigue and swelling as I was wearing compression socks. It allowed me to shift my posture and find a more comfortable position, which was a welcome relief during a 6 1/2-hour flight, but too much movement disturbed the person in front of me. I also felt a little self conscious about using it, it kind of draws attention to yourself. While it provided some comfort, it wasn't a game-changer. It's a decent travel accessory for those prone to leg discomfort during flights, but it's not a perfect solution given you need seats with ample leg room. The included sleep mask is a nice bonus. It's important to have realistic expectations and understand that its effectiveness can vary depending on the specific airplane and seat configuration.

I now find it hard to travel more than a 3 hour flight without having a foot sling. It’s one of the first things I install when I sit down and I often use it when the tray table is up or down (although some airlines prefer you not use it during takeoff and landing. I had another sling with no board to create a flat surface and while that is comfortable for the back of my heels and calves, when I want to put my feet side by side, I couldn’t. This fixes that problem. The board is easy to slide into the dedicated sleeve and creates a solid surface for my feet to be propped up on. It’s sturdy and I like the textured fabric. My only demerit for this is that it’s a little bulky for travel. It packs fairly flat but due to the size of the board, you do have to commit some space in your carry on for it.
