This pan is a great value for your money ! It is very easy to clean. It's a great sturdy weight. You may bake either sweets or savory items. So far, I have not had any odor exchange between items. I have used it with Parchment paper to bake & roast potatoes & vegetables. I generally hand wash it. I believe you may wash it in the dishwasher. Another great pan made in the USA! Been a fan of theses for years. They are expensive but last a very long time (decades), and the surface, if well maintained, lasts and lasts. The extra sized handles are also a nice feature, making holding a hot-out-of-the-oven pan safer.

Nothing sticks to this pan!! We do a lot of egg based batter we put in the oven. I have 4 different pans in this size. Even when I grease the other pans, stuff gets stuck to the bottom. Not in this pan! Even ungreased, nothing sticks! I love it! I would give it 10 stars if possible!

Great looking pan and is sturdy but not recommended for dishwasher and cannot use cooking spray.

I bought thus at Christmas and used it once. Baked food in oven at 350 and pan was stained. Cannot remove the stains. Very disappointing as I was so exciting to receive my new pan

I am quite happy with this pan although I have not used it much so far. This 9x13 inch pan is heavier than the previous two I have had. It also seems to bake evenly and release well. I washed it by hand and clean up was easy.

I like this pen very much. It is very substantial and very well made. Perfect for lasagna and for baking in general. The non-sticking service is really non-stick. It is very easy to clean. Very happy with my purchase.
