Beautiful “baker” dish but is it oven safe? The paperwork that comes with it says microwave and dishwasher safe. There is nothing about it being oven safe. It is larger than I thought and it seems well made. I’m not sure if I’ll keep it if it is not oven safe. I’ll have to do more research on it but it is beautiful.

I purchased this on Amazon. After 11 years, my Lenox butterfly meadow oval baker is still in perfect condition and just as beautiful. I enjoy setting the table—this design makes me smile every single time!

First let me say that this is a very useful dish for casseroles, and large dishes. It is ovensafe and dishwasher safe. I always try to spray it with Pam before I bake in it, but you don"t have to.This is an exceptionally beautiful dish. The scallops and flowers are done in an extremely artistic way. This is a dish you would want to take to a covered dish party (Just be careful that someone doesn't take it when you are not looking!!) I just love the Lenox Butterfly Meadow Pattern products. They are so interesting and can be used in so many ways.
