I'm use to working with smaller depth pans these were amazing I seasoned the pans and made a double layer cake, the result they cooked evenly, and the depth of the pans was reassuring in that the cake mixture wouldn't exceed the area of the pans. The cake was easy to get out of the pans after cooling, washing the pans was easy soaked for a short time washed and rinsed without much effort, also the light weight of the pans made it easy to carry as well as wash.

If you bake a lot, you know the great advantage of having removable bottoms on your pans, you very likely have tried pans with removable "rings", in which takes some effort to put back together, there is a spring mechanism that can break and if not put together in just the right way, they leak... the design of these pans solves for all those problems, is not the ring that gets removed, but the bottom, and that makes a huge difference, there is no spring mechanism or movable parts, so they are more sturdy ad unbreakable. I will highly recommend not just this set, but in general any pan designed like these. This set however is a great addition to your equipment since are the perfect set for a three layer cake.
