Absolute trashDon’t even think you’re going to save a few bucks by ordering this cheap knockoff. Save yourself the aggravation and get a genuine Andersen part. Mine jammed and twisted to the point that I had to use a Dremel tool to grind it out. What a waste of time!

The lock had snapped off and this was a very easy fix and works as the original did. A pretty simple fix if it’s just the lock handle that has snapped off. Using the original screws that came with the Andersen lock is definitely the way to go. Much better quality and a perfect fit. The screws that come with this replacement are nothing special and may not fit the original lock assembly.
