AOG has an average quality grill. My main reason for purchasing this grill, was its life time warranty on the burner tubes. After 5 years the burners burnt through, it is like a propane Bunsen burner. I contacted AOG grills for warranty replacement. They told me they required photos of the defective parts, serial numbers model and proof of purchase (witch after 5 years was not the easiest to find). After all the information requirements were supplied, they told me the burners were still usable and they would not be warrantied.

We bought this grill in 2012 and immediately the igniter broke. A year later the entire center fell into the bottom of the BBQ. Now the middle burner won't turn on and all of the supports have broken.

We purchased a home that had this grill already installed. The grill was originally installed in 2011 and we are not impressed. The electronic igniters covered have disintegrated which means we don't always get a spark without "jiggling" the button. Also, the thermometer doesn't work and the heat shields in the grill are burned up. In addition, the grill does not cook even and it burns quite hot in the front compared to the back. I have been grilling for many years and am not the least impressed in this product at over $1800 compared to my Weber Genesis which was less than 1/2 the costs. On top of all of this the replacement parts from AOG are exorbitant with a set of replacement heat shields costing nearly $200. I cannot give this grill a good rating nor recommend its purchase. I'll be replacing with another brand!!!
