This is awesome tool. I was surprised how easy to use it, good size and weight, ergonomic design, heat resistant. I use my battery and it last very long. Nice value for fraction of money that you may pay for the brand tool at Home Depot.

The only reason I spent a little more and ordered this particular angle grinder because it came with a backing plate for the sanding discs knowing the spindle threads would probably be different than my other grinders. Well, not only is the spindle threads on the grinder different, the threads on the backing plate are completely different, making the whole thing useless to me.

Tool is easy to use and comes with a great storage case. Bought it as a gift for my son for his projects. Using it for house stuff and furniture building/rebuilding. Lightweight and remember to purchase the battery so you can use right away.

This is a solid angle grinder, not as good as dewar but better than harbor freight, the only downside would be if you don’t have dewalt batteries or a battery charger, if you already have them, than you are good to go. for the price i would definitely recommend this angle grinder, it’s gets the job done for simple stuff. It’s a nice little kit that it comes in with everything you need to get to work, just need the batteries.

This works fine, but you have to order the batteries and charger all separately... I like all the accessories but it seems weird that it doesnt come with the battery or charger when they have included so many great accessories...

I have a bunch of Dewalt tools and batteries and I am always looking for new tools to add to my toolbox. This grinder is a good example of a cost effective tool that just works. My batteries fit it fine and it has a lot of power on all three speeds. It comes with a good selection of accessories including a flap wheel and polishing pads. I don't think I would use this to polish my car though.
