Used these for the first time with the Tonal yesterday and they worked great. The velcro is strong and there is a nice cushion to these so it felt great around my ankles. It fit into the Tonal slot perfectly. You just need to press one of the other attachment's button to start the weight since this doesn't have anything, but that was super easy to go. Happy with this purchase!

Tonal should definitely be selling these with the tonal system. This product fits perfect and I have zero issues installing them. High quality and worth the buy! I’ve had them for several years and they still work like they’re new.

I had a lot of equipment using a carabiner from my previous set up. This adapter works perfect so I can use my own equipment on Tonal. These specifically, I used for leg extensions and lateral leg lifts. The padding is thick so there was no rubbing or pain at all while using it. The "T" that this is made out of feels really sturdy and well made. Highly recommend to buy if you need an adapter with the bonus of its included accessory.
