the control valve is way to short and cant find an extension once you install tile, essentially makes the entire thing worthless. since its off brand its impossible to find an extension. everything is tiled and thing is worthless now... Check multiple comments that have the same issue

Very satisfied with this well designed shower unit! The shower head delivers a high volume water massage. The separate sprayer adds another dimension. In the past, I've only installed Delta or Moen fixtures, mainly because of their name recognition and availability of replacement parts. After installing this unit, fairly priced, I will continue with this product in my next bathroom renovation.It's been over 12 months and working perfectly. One concern I have but have not pursued is the availability of replacement parts such as the mixer cartridge. Perhaps the manufacturer could mention in their post where replacement parts can be obtained, especially for locations that have high lime in the water system.

I love the look and function of both the shower head and the hand held. Plumber had no problems installing valve or hand held . He made a mistake at the shower head ( you must follow the instructions given). I figured out a way to resolve the issue and I emailed supplier and they sent me extra trim plates and included a very nice towel bar. I would recommend this unit to anyone remodeling a bathroom.Every thing came nicely packed.

Great product with even better service. During installation, found out that the diverter knob would not attach due to the stem not emerging far enough from the tiled wall. Sent a note to the company to ask what to do, received a response within 4 hours, and they despatched a new front plate to me within 24 hours. Amazing service. And now fully installed, it looks and works really well - great water pressure and fantastic appearance. Definitely buy again.

The parts came in individually wrapped for shipping which was great! My only beef was that there were no instructions.That would help! I had to hire a plumber to install because of that . My husband is pretty handy but needed instructions to make sure it was all installled properly. We didnt want issues with leaks after tile had been installed and decided it was better to be safe then sorry.

Remodeling our entire house and was looking for that perfect rain shower head set, seen everything in home depo and Lowe’s and other websites, but this one caught my eye on Amazon, so took the chance of not being able to touch and feel the product before I bought it. Well our contractor installed it and been using it for a week now and it’s the best shower rain set I have ever seen. Amazing quality materials and looks super modern and the water pressure is the best I have experienced. Super quality product all real stainless steel!

Update: The seller has contacted me and send extra sets just so I can get a good part. Turned out to be a faulty shower arm. Kudos to their excellent service.I have been using this for 6 month, for the first couple month it was fine. But now every time we shower, we need to let the water run for 30 seconds first because the water coming out are brownish. I know its not the pipes because if we let the water come out of the handheld first instead of overhead, the water's color is fine.
