I was relieved to actually find one that fit my car. And it came with a pulley that was something that I struggled to find when I was trying to purchase one, it's good material, it's good quality, very happy with the fit on my vehicle.

I haven't turned the engine over (1.3 hybrid) yet so if anything's a miss, I'll report back later. For those driveway mechanics, an assortment of 10, 12 and 17MM wrenches and sockets are essential, it's a very tight fit. Since you're here, go ahead and buy a new serpentine belt also (4PK1600). Remove the wheel well liner for the bottom most 10MM bolt. You'll need a floor jack to raise the engine after you remove the pass side motor mount (If you think you need a new one of those, replace that too). The tensioner pulley is two 12MM bolts and you'll need to remove the belt pulley from the WP because that's the one item that gets in the way of every other fastener. 10MM on the stock WP, 8MM on this replacement. Torque on the WP bolts is 12nM/9'# and good luck getting that torque wrench in that tight space. Don't over-tighten the fasteners.

Fits correctly 2003 Civic Hybrid 1.3. Bolts that come with it to attach the pulley are junk but are the same thread pitch and size as OEM so just reuse those. So far no issues.
