Twice I've tried ordering these and was only sent one, rather than 6. I've tried reaching out with no help. These cartridges are hard to find, so I may just have to buy a whole new filter rather than be ripped off.

Unfortunately my baby Watermelón passed away and I will no longer be using these products but for a solid 4 years these filters were the products keeping my baby’s tank nice and clean
