Guess I’ll start with you get what you pay for, and I know that going in. My wife wanted something to help break the wind on her boulevard s40 so I that I’d try this out. First the installation is worse then worse, and I have plenty of experience with these. Second the brackets that mount the shield are made of plastic, you can’t get them tight enough to hold the windshield for highway speeds, so I’ve had to make my own brackets. Essentially I’ve had to rebuild everything but the plexiglass. Probably not worth your money unless you’re able to build some mounts/brackets your self. Good luck

Fits a Kawasaki Vulcan 900. Can wobble a little bit but need to just tighten down the brackets a decent amount. Considering a dealer was charging 150 for just hardware alone already makes this something worth trying. The wind does catch on the top of my helmet and can buffet you around so be aware of that.

Fits my little custom street cruiser perfectly! Universal mount is easy to attach.

1st of all, it fits 1" bars. Like others said it not big but I didn't want a huge one. Installation took me about a half hour taking my time. Make sure everything's where you want it before you tighten up all the screws. The Tilt brackets on The Handlebar brackets need to be tightened before installation because you can't get to them otherwise. It seems to be pretty solid unless one of the brackets breaks as I'm riding but it was raining out so I didn't take it out to test it but once I do I'll write another review. I think the way I installed it is the best way to do it because it really can't go anywhere, I hope.Hope this helps someone

The installation was easy on the handlebars of my bike, but while riding the windshield buffets the air right at your chest. The mounts are also really flimsy and the windscreen is bouncing up and down the whole time you’re riding it

I'm not one for windshields on bikes, however my wife rides too and the wind at highway speeds isn't fun for her. So I sullied my hands by installing this one on her Suzuki Savage. She's got small handlebars so I had to get creative with the mounting. Comes with no instructions but I found the trick is to remove the mounting arms from the windshield. Mount the arms 1st to whatever point seems best. Then adjust arms to fit windshield. As you can see they may not be symmetric. Then go about tightening everything. We are riding today and if it sucks I'll let you know.

It's a cheap windshield.. it will not tighten up to where it doesn't fall .. and the post that holds the windshield to the handle bars slide back and the bars hit the gas tank. We finally took the bottom 2 bolts out.. used fishing line in those bolt holes along with the bolts to hold the bottom in to the handle bars, so the top wouldn't fold in ... so far that seems to be working

If you buy it don’t expect it to last forever. I’ve had the windshield for 3 years and rode 2,000 miles with it on. Most of the bolts broke when I was installing the windshield. I replaced them with chrome bolts. No matter how tight they were, the plastic clamps would rotate if I went over 55 mph, which is a pain to deal with. The plastic clamps broke when I was doing 55 mph and hit a cross wind. The windshield scratched very easily and somehow bugs would tint it. It is a temporary solution.
