I wasn't sure what to expect with the power of this vibration plate. When I first started it up, it was already going pretty good. Then I hit the "run" button on the remote which maxes out the intensity. Big mistake haha. Especially considering that the remote his hit or miss with responding to button presses. I was stuck there for a little while. The remote works, one second, and then no response, the next. I can't even tell where the IR sensor is. Sometimes I point it one way and then I have to point it another way to get any response. This is kind of a big deal since pressing the buttons on the machine itself is not really possible while vibrating. It kind of ruins the whole experience.

Remote is useless! Size of plate is good and seems to be powerful, but the programming is awful!Update.....I added another 2 stars after being contacted by the seller. They wanted to make it right and went above and beyond. Very surprising, in a good way. As for the product, I have used it for a few days now and, apart from the remote that doesn't work, I am happy with the power and the size and shape of the vibration plate. I would give this product and the seller a second chance.

This thing works amazing, I love how you can set the speed. I like the size of this unit as it's not to small and not to big. It was really easy to use for the first time, pretty much take out of box, plug in and go. I did put batteries in the remote and was hoping it would work ( even after reading all the reviews) needless to say it does not work on the vibration unit but it does switch all the color lights I have around my livingroom. I wish the remote would have worked because it would be alot easier to switch things up while using it.
